Seriously the best! I will exclusively trust, recommend and use them for all A/C related stuff!! I called them in a panic because the A/C went out in my business. We previously had another company “fix” it. $1200 later, it goes out again 2 days later. The other company tells me that the unit just needs to be replaced. They come and give me crazy high estimates at 3:00 pm (15k) and proceed to tell me that I have until 4 to decide or they “probably won’t be able to do it the next day”. Keeping in mind that my business is closed and I am losing thousands of dollars – I almost give in because I realize time is tight and what are the chances that I can get someone over in time to get an estimate?! In a panic, I start calling companies to see if I can get another estimate (been screwed over more than I’d like to admit) AND the availability to have it done the following day. In desperation, I call a company who has no availability and I ask if I can talk to the gentleman that does estimations just to see if that price was high. He informed me that the price seemed really high. I proceeded to ask if he had any recommendations – which lead me to Kyle Mechanical!  Best recommendation ever! I explained my predicament and told her that I was sure it needed to be replaced. The super helpful and knowledgeable woman I spoke to said “well let me see if I can move some stuff around to accommodate you tomorrow”. She calls me back and tells me that the owner is on his way. A tech and the owner arrive shortly after. Come to find out, some wiring was messed up and it blew a fuse! They did some other stuff and here’s the kicker — the bill was $250 (I doubled that for them because they seriously came thru in the clutch), as opposed to $15,000 which the other company quoted me. I mean I was sure it needed to be replaced. I was sold. All he needed to do was tell me a number lower than 15k and it was a done deal… but he didn’t. Talk about ethical and honest business practices. The result is a customer for life. I know my unit will need to be replaced and the duct work redone and there is no way that I would even consider using anyone else. Use them!!! You won’t regret it!

Our air conditioner has been limping along for quite a while. We have used Kyle Mechanical in the past and learned it has changed owners since the last time we used them. Don Lee came out to check out our system and explained all the options we had to get it running again. This included just replacing the coils and hopefully getting a little more time out of the current system. My husband and I decided it was time to just replace the whole system. Don recharged the system to get us by until we got an appointment to get the new system. Unfortunately, a few days later, a gecko met his demise by getting fried by the capacitor and the ac stopped cooling. We called Don and he came out right away and changed the capacitor out to get us cool again. Don and Rodrigo came out today to replace our system. I had many questions about the system and how to keep the new one working efficiently. Don answered all my questions fully. He is extremely professional and nice. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and works with you to get the right system at the right price. I will continue to use Kyle Mechanical in the future and plan to let all my neighbors know who to call if they ever need ac work. ​

I just wanted to share my recent experience with these folks:

I called Kyle Mechanical for some help with an AC unit that is over 20 years old. Don was thankfully available meet and inspect the system about an hour after the call. A full AC Inspection was done, and it seems that he left no stone unturned. What I appreciated most, on top of Melanie answering the phone so quickly, and being creative in how to resolve issues that I had regarding what to do, and when I needed it done by, (was on a tight schedule), meeting with Don was just as helpful, especially on such short notice. What I experienced was not a pushy salesperson that saw an opportunity to get a new system installed. He took his time, looked over every bit of it, including the duct work in the attic and was very unbiased. He stated what the areas of opportunity were, and he also emphasized what was good about the existing system. Our particular situation was that the biggest problem we had was that if the HVAC system broke down, it would be difficult and expensive to get parts as it was made in the 90s, but was still working fine (for the moment). I truly appreciated the prompt, professional, unbiased information, illustrations and explanations, as well as the quote I received from this company and will most certainly reach out to them in the future for any needs.
